Visa approval or refusal is entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

Leap Abroad Consultants is not responsible for visa refusals, and service fees already utilized during consultation, documentation, or application processing are generally non-refundable.

Client Cancellation

If a client decides to discontinue services after work has begun, refunds (if any) will be considered based on the work completed and expenses incurred.
